What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do your shoes fit true to size?
Size GuideS 23.5 cm length - US size 5.5-6.5M 24.5 cm length - US size 7-8L 25.8 cm length- US size 8.5-9.5XL 27 cm length- US size 10-11If you are in between sizes please size down. There is an elastic band around the shoes to give you more room to stretch.
What is your shipping policy?
Our Shipping timeframe is 1 Business Day for non custom orders. Custom orders take 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping for orders over $35.
