Returns
The House of Flats will accept for return or exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange simply reach out to use with 7 days of receiving item and send it back within 14 business days of receipt of original order and we'll refund the full cost or provide exchange of the item for a different item minus shipping costs.
